As part of the REAL PropTech Pitches 2021, we presented the PropTech Germany Study 2021 on March 4. The survey was conducted jointly by TH Aschaffenburg, brickalize and blackprint Booster.
185 PropTechs from the Early Stager, Grown Ups and Conquerer clusters participated in the study.
The study provides a sound understanding of the challenges PropTechs face in early stage, growth or expansion, as well as hurdles in the market, relevant decision makers and influencers on the establishment side. It offers valuable and much-needed insights to drive sustainability and future viability in the construction and real estate industry.
